Welcome to the Sacred Earth Journal: a space devoted to herbal wisdom, intentional living, and reconnecting with the natural world.

Sacred Earth was created from a desire to make herbal knowledge feel practical, welcoming, and accessible. You do not need to know everything about plants before you begin. A single cup of herbal tea, one carefully researched herb, or a small home apothecary can become the beginning of a deeper relationship with nature.

Here, you will find beginner-friendly guidance on medicinal herbs, herbal preparations, safe and responsible use, home apothecary practices, and the traditional wisdom that has connected people with plants for generations. You will also find reflections on conscious living, personal growth, and choosing a life that feels more grounded and intentional.

This journal is an extension of my book, Herbalism: From Novice to Pro, and of the larger Sacred Earth path. My hope is that every article gives you something useful to consider, practise, or carry into your everyday life.
